I was a little worried by the most recent reviews, but we pre-booked online in advance of a return wedding trip. Pre-paid and I called shortly before the trip just to double check they were on route. They were perfectly on time and friendly throughout. Would use them again :)

The trip to Heathrow Airport was easy and comfortable. I was on time, the service was dependable, and everything went smoothly. Extremely happy with the experience and would gladly use this service once more.

I was in West Wittering and accidentally left my van key there three days ago. I called Chichester Station Taxis, and the driver told me he would be with me in 25 minutes. He arrived exactly on time, collected the van key, and delivered it to my wife near Luton. Thanks to his excellent service, my family was able to drive the van back without any problems. He was a very friendly, helpful, and professional gentleman. I couldn’t be more grateful for his assistance. Highly recommended fantastic service, reliable, punctual, and genuinely kind. You may want a backup Taxi service just in case, I booked x2 journeys over a month in advance of the requested dates, and the Taxi's did not arrive. I had email confirmations to confirm the bookings, but despite this both were no shows. Really disappointing, I had to speak to my credit card company as despite numerous calls and emails I have had no explanation nor response to my complaints. I try to use local services where possible, and something like this happens. Use Uber, it's far easier and reliable!

We were let down on the day by a taxi firm with a similar name and these guys could not have been more kind and helpful going out of their way to get us to our destination on time and coming out again to get us home afterwards. Exceptional!

Second time leaving a review after the owner requested me to remove to get my money back. I booked a cab through the website which was confirmed straight away. Two days before the reservation I contacted to confirm but received no response over phone, whatsapp or email. When I threatened to contact the bank I received a phone call about how the booking should never have been accepted as he was abroad. I don't believe this is a legitimate taxi company, and is simply taking credit for the similarly named Station Taxis in Chichester. DO NOT USE.

Really friendly, courteous and helpful service from Station Taxis in general and from my driver, Farshad, in particular. Very punctual in picking me up and offering to escort me to my hotel annex door. Thank you, I can thoroughly recommend.
