Refund & Cancellations Summary

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to make things as easy as possible for our customers.

Free cancellation: You can cancel your booking up to 48 hours before your scheduled pick-up time and receive a full refund.

Late cancellation: If you cancel less than 48 hours before pick-up, the fare may be non-refundable.

No-shows: If the driver arrives and you do not show up, the fare will be charged in full.

Service issues: If we are unable to provide the booked service due to our fault, you’ll receive a full refund.

Prepaid long-distance or special event bookings: May be subject to separate cancellation terms, which will be communicated at the time of booking.

If your booking included third-party costs (e.g., tolls, parking fees, pre-paid wedding car decorations), these may be deducted from any refund.

Payment refunds: Refunds are made to the original payment method within 5–10 working days. For cash payments, refunds will be arranged directly through our office. Proof of payment (receipt) may be required.

Complaints: If something goes wrong, please contact us within 48 hours of your journey and we’ll do our best to put it right. If you are unhappy with the service provided (e.g., vehicle condition, delay, or driver conduct), please contact us within 48 hours of the journey.
Each case will be reviewed individually, and a partial or full refund may be offered at the company’s discretion if a valid service failure is identified.

Chichester Station Taxis reserves the right to amend or update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on our website.
